It was on a visit to her studio in New York when we saw, amongst her lighting installations, that the artist Grimanesa Amorós also had pictorial works worthy of being brought to the graphic world. And so came about our most international collaboration with these series of self-portraits that exude the power of color in her work, which demonstrate that her drawn face is as strong as her personality. But we wanted to do it on a special photographic paper, simulating gigantic polaroids which we could have at home. We love Grimanesa, and believe that having a piece of hers is a start in international art collection.
